As a commissioner, I've run into some players who think their team name is funny. Most times it is, some times it's not, I'm wondering if there's a way I can change an offensive team name when owner "is taking his time thinking of a new name".
The only way to change another team's name is to 1) create (or use) an unassociated email address & user account, 2) remove that manager from the league, 3) invite your newly created email to take over the team, 4) log out completely from Flea, 5) go to that other email account & click "accept invitation", 6) log in with new account in Flea, 7) change team name, 8) drop out of team & league.
