An owner in our league released on to the waiver wire Cooper Kupp and Nico Collins (WR7 at the time). I immediately notified the Commish and informed him on Thursday that this had happened and that I thought it should they should be returned to their roster for the sake of balance in the league. The Commish informed me that the owner was new and was not going to restore the players. Not only that, but he put in waiver wire claims for both players and ended up getting Kupp on Friday. (interesting, but not the main topic is, that he and I were the only ones to put in claims for Kupp because he was buried so deep on the Waiver wire). So I question the Commish's judgement to not only allow the players to be dropped, but also to claim the players after being told. I am not sure that he would have seen that Kupp had dropped and my tipping him off, and also that once he got him, he is refusing to restore the players. There has been some heated debate on the boards over the weekend and some not so nice things being said. I am calling for a Vote, but I would also like to check what is the rule on this if there is one? Is this open to Commissioners interpretation? Or should I have just kept my mouth shut and taken advantage of the situation?
